Overages are charged based on your peak usage during your billing cycle. We track the highest number of assets, users, and storage you use throughout the month.

Overage Rates:
  • Starter: £1.25/asset, £14/user, £0.60/GB storage
  • Kickstart: £1.00/asset, £12/user, £0.50/GB storage
  • Growth: £0.35/asset, £8/user, £0.25/GB storage

Higher-tier plans have significantly lower overage rates, so if you're consistently going over, upgrading is usually more cost-effective.

Can I switch plans at any time? expand_more

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What's the difference between file storage and database usage? expand_more

File Storage is for uploaded files like images, PDFs, and documents attached to your assets.

Database Usage is for text-based data (asset names, custom fields, maintenance logs, etc.). The database limit is very generous—100MB typically stores over 100,000 asset records. Most users never hit this limit.

How are assets billed? What if I delete them? expand_more

Billing is based on your peak number of active assets during your billing cycle. For example, if you start with 50 assets, add 100 (peak is 150), then delete 20, you're billed for 150 assets that month.

This prevents gaming the system by adding and removing assets repeatedly. Your asset count resets at the start of each new billing cycle.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education? expand_more

If you're a manufacturer creating B2C products that consumers can claim, you are charged per claimed product. This covers the consumer experience for warranties, maintenance, and product info.
